ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT

The vessel is arranged with two main salon entrance doors off the foredeck. There is a forward stair serving the main and 01 decks. The bar is fully forward on the main deck, dining, with two heads and the engine room fully aft. The pilothouse and open air seating is located on the 01 deck.

REMARKS

The SPIRIT of CINCINNATI is in good condition. She has a wonderful arrangement for charter, sightseeing and meal functions. The vessel is well priced for a new operation.
