ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT

The vessel provides main cabin access via two entry doors off the foredeck. The main deck is arranged with a beverage bar, dining table and chairs to port and starboard with a center aisle. The heads are fully aft on the centerline. A foredeck stairway offers access between the main and 01 decks. The 01 deck has a canopy and an open air deck for passengers, a beverage bar and the wheelhouse.

REMARKS

The SOUTHERN BELLE is in very good condition. The vessel is well suited for sightseeing, dinner and charter cruises. The 28 Wynne windows will be installed prior to Closing.
