ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT
The vessel is arranged with entry doors aft of the bow (port and starboard) and off the stern. The main deck is arranged with booth type seating along port and starboard and the centerline. A beverage bar/snack area is aft on port while four heads are located aft. Passengers have access to exterior seating along port and starboard. A passenger salon and exterior seating with the pilothouse is located on the 01 deck.

- Replaced Cooney schedule 40 pipe on bilge pick up lines to manifold both engine rooms through bulkhead fitting with fire rated approved sealant.
- Starboard thru hull discharge (bilge overboard) fitting crop and renew
- Replace Wilbur Curtis 12-D two pot coffee machine
REMARKS
The YANKEE FREEDOM III is in very good condition. Seller will be responsible for the cost of the USCG dry dock exam credit and refit of the fire suppression system. The ferry offers a sleek style and wonderful viewing for passengers.
