Accommodations & Layout

The vessel is arranged with passenger boarding on the main deck amidships port & starboard.  The main deck is arranged with a newly renovated beverage bar forward on starboard. The forepeak provides a walk-in cooler, ice machine, lockable cage and supply storage.  Too port side of the beverage bar is a companionway serving the main and 01 decks with an accordion metal roof cover.  Moving aft the snack bar is along centerline with two heads abaft of the snack bar and a stairway servicing the main deck and engine room.  The remainder of the enclosed cabin is open for table and chairs.  The open-air aft deck contains a 60” wide stairway that services the main and 01 decks.  The 01 deck provides fixed open air seating with three seating sections facing forward.  The wheelhouse is fully forward.

Remarks

The M/V RIP VAN WINKLE is in very good condition.  The vessel did not operate in the 2020 season and is due her preseason maintenance. The USCG Annual and Dry Dock Exam Credits will be achieved prior to a Closing.  The vessel offers wonderful viewing for passengers.
