This RENOWN has a large open-air foredeck and walk around starboard and port to just aft of amidships.  Her pilot station is forward with a beverage bar abaft of the pilot station to port.  There is a main salon, aft salon and lower open-air fantail cockpit.  Heads, galley and stateroom are below deck.

Remarks

The RENOWN is in fair condition. The USCG Annual and Dry Dock Exam Credits will be achieved prior to a Closing. The vessel did not operate in the 2020 season and is due her preseason maintenance. She is outfitted with teak decks, and polished woodwork. The yacht offers a sleek style and wonderful viewing for passengers.
