Accommodations & Layout
The vessel is arranged with boarding off the main deck. The galley is fully forward on the main deck, dining seating and then the female head fully aft on starboard and the male head aft on port. Access between the main and 01 decks is provided via an exterior stairway forward and an interior stairway aft on the centerline. The 01 deck provides for dining seating with a mail head aft on port and two female heads aft on the centerline. The beverage bar is aft on starboard. There are two exterior stairways aft, port and starboard, that provide access between the 01 and 02 decks. The 02 deck offers open air pace for passengers, a beverage bar and the wheelhouse.
Remarks
The NIAGARA BELLE is in very good condition. She underwent a major renovation and update in 2014. The vessel is well suited for sightseeing, dinner and charter cruises.
Exclusions
Dishwashing and glass washing systems are on lease.
