The vessel is arranged with an open deck forward with fixed bench seats (12-14) the pilot station forward of amidships on the centerline.  Aft of the pilot station are fixed bench seats (38) with an aisle along the centerline and seating (6) on the aft deck.  The head is located aft on port.

Remarks

The LIL DIAMOND II is in very good condition.  The USCG dry dock exam credit and annual inspection will be achieved prior to Closing.  She is well suited for sightseeing and charter type cruises.
