ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT
The main deck offers a large salon with the female head aft starboard with male head aft port. A stairway forward of amidships centerline allows access between the main and 01 decks as well as to below deck. Also, a stairway aft that allows access between the main and 01 decks. The 01 deck has an open-air foredeck, enclosed salon and open-air aft deck. The 02 deck provides open air passenger space with a partial canopy and the wheelhouse. An aft stairway allows access between the 01 and 02 decks.

REMARKS
The P/V JOHN JAMES AUDUBON is in the midst of a renovation, with beverage bars and heads removed. Several windows leak, some removed, water intrusion has resulted in metal wastage around the main and 01 decks cabin perimeters. Interior bulkhead panels, insulation, headliner, etc. have been removed. She is offered “as is where is” without a current USCG Certificate of Inspection. The images are not representative of her current state.
