Accommodations & Layout

The vessel is arranged with a boarding off the aft deck.  There is an exterior stair off the fore and aft decks proving access between the main and 01 decks.  The 01 deck is arranged with the wheelhouse forward and open-air space for passengers aft.  There is a metal canopy aft of the wheelhouse.

Remarks

The DESERT SHADOW is in great condition.  The United States Coast Guard Certificate of Inspection will be current at Closing.  The yacht has always been in freshwater.  The yacht offers a sleek style and wonderful viewing for passengers.
