Accommodations & Layout

The vessel is arranged with passenger boarding on the main deck aft of amidships port and starboard.  The main deck offers open dining seating and has heat and AC.  The snack bar/beverage bar is on the main deck fully aft along the centerline.    Access between the main and 01 decks is via stairway on port and starboard aft. The 01 deck offers open air space for viewing with curtains and a custom bar aft of amidships. The 02 deck offers open air space with a hard-top canopy for the passengers as well as location of the wheelhouse.

Remarks

The CAROLINA BELLE is in very good condition having been well maintained by her current owner. The vessel is well suited for sightseeing, dinner and charter cruises.  The swing stage is in storage and will be provided at Closing.

Exclusions

Soda system is leased from the distributor.
