Accommodations & Layout

The vessel is arranged with entry off amidships port and starboard or off the aft deck thru a single entry door.  A door forward leads passengers to the forward main open deck.  Fully aft are the heads located on port the beverage bar athwartship of the heads on starboard. An exterior stairway with access between the main and 01 decks I located off the aft deck.  The 01 deck is arranged with open air passage space.

Remarks

The P/V ATLANTIC is in good condition.  The Owner to satisfy the USCG annual in-water inspection prior to Closing.  The yacht offers a sleek style and wonderful viewing for passengers.
