Robert E. “Rob” McMahon, Jr. is President of Pinnacle Marine Corporation and has more than 40 years of experience in the commercial passenger vessel industry. He founded Pinnacle Marine in 1994 after a decade with SkipperLiner Industries, where he served in senior sales and marketing leadership positions.

Rob’s experience encompasses the sale and marketing of new and pre-owned passenger vessels, vessel and barge valuations, consulting, vessel design and product development, and transaction support. His work has included assignments for vessel owners and operators, shipyards, financial institutions, government agencies, and other maritime industry clients throughout North America. A longtime leader in the passenger vessel industry, Rob has served in numerous leadership positions with the Passenger Vessel Association (PVA) and Passenger Vessel Foundation (PVF). He has also provided consulting services on projects involving the National Park Service and has
provided expert testimony in state and federal proceedings.

Through Pinnacle Marine, Rob brings decades of industry knowledge, relationships, and practical transaction experience to clients buying, selling, valuing, and operating commercial passenger vessels.
