Accommodations and Layout
The vessel is arranged with entry doors at amidships. The main salon is arranged with open seating forward, four heads, a dual stairway between the main and 01 decks and the galley/beverage bar forward of amidships along the centerline. The remainder of the salon is open for tables and chairs. The aft deck offers open air space for passengers and access to the stern stairway between the main and 01 decks. The 01 deck offers open air space for passengers with built in bench seating around the perimeter.

Remarks
The VISTA KING is in good condition. The owner will obtain a USCG annual exam prior to closing. The vessel offers wonderful viewing for passengers. She works well for sightseeing, dining, charters, etc.
